Since assuming office in 2015, I have undertaken substantial initiatives to transform the service model and project management within the company. These efforts have encompassed the implementation of cutting-edge project management methodologies, enhancements to the supply chain, and the optimization of various business processes. Throughout my professional career, both within and outside the organization, I have consistently placed a strong emphasis on establishing strategic systems. This strategic approach recognizes the critical role that technological infrastructures and business processes play in supporting and advancing human capital.In my initial role at Electra, I laid the foundation for a project management and control system that enabled managers to concurrently oversee a multitude of projects, collectively valued in the billions of shekels. Subsequently, as Vice President of Operations and Control, I introduced a comprehensive operational system that encompassed central procurement, subcontractor management, information systems, and Project Management Office (PMO) functions, among others. This integration led to the successful alignment of business and operational processes, ensuring cohesive and efficient operations, along with the establishment and management of a unified and sophisticated computer system spanning numerous companies within the corporate group.Integral to my service philosophy, I have consistently strived to remain accessible to our customers, employees, and managerial personnel at all times throughout the day.
