In my new role, have taken up the additional responsibility of overseeing the finance function of our Group company Plenco Plast India Pvt. Ltd. (formerly known as Plenco Closures Pvt. Ltd.). This is in addition to being CFO of Organic Industries Pvt Ltd.

Responsible for Finance, Banking, Legal, IT, ERP, Manufacturing, Marketing, HR, Compliances, Controls for Organic Group which is into Plastics and ChemicalsParticipate and align with the company objectives and acting as a strategic business partnerAdvise the top management regarding the financial performance, undertake risk analysis and manage cash flowsResponsible for automation, bringing in new partners on the technology sideRevisit policies and procedures across the organisationPartner with the top management to on board Sales and Marketing teams in US, Africa and South East AsiaAlign with the manufacturing plants to improve and optimise production, inventory, reduction in wastages etcLiaise with Consortium banking partners to take care of long term and short term finance requirements

Responsible for MIS, Audit, Financial Controls with key interests in Process Development

In charge of the MIS, Budgeting, Audit functions, Monthly and Yearly reporting to Corporate office, liasioning with ERP consultants, Liasioning with Tax consultants etc

Responsible for Accounting, MIS, Local and Foreign reporting, Budgeting, Tax compliances, Legal compliances, Costing and liasioning with Sales and Marketing functions
