Counseling all IVF and IUI advised patients - At the time of stimulation, before and after OPU, ET and during BETA HCG, (If negative or positive).Prepare the patient for treatment by identifying & counseling them for the stress, anxiety, fear or any other emotional trauma they are going through.Organize and facilitate support group meetings for IVF advised and negative Bhcg patients with the objective of providing emotional, psychological support & address their concerns.Be a part of monthly clinical meetings at the center and present the work.Share the counseling data/reports periodically to the reporting manager.Maintaining patient focus on all times and answering to patient enquiries by using the standard guidelines.

Answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, and flow of correspondence for smooth operations. Handling company inquiries.Managing and training staff for their job roles and motivating them to offer outstanding service.Ensuring the front desk provides a professional and friendly service for all, not just the ones who comes in for queries.Dealing with queries and complaints.Troubleshooting any situations and finding suitable outcomeCoordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization.
