I am a versatile Mechanical Engineer with experience in a number of industries including space robotics, consumer and medical devices, machine design, automation, automotive, and power generation. Making a positive impact on society through my career is very important to me and so I value opportunities to do this while growing with and improving an organization. I am a proven team leader comfortable in the office and the shop floor, bringing an open mind, a sense of humor, and a wide variety of mechanical design, analysis, hands-on prototyping, testing, and problem solving skills.In my current position, I am primarily leading a team of mechanical design, structural, and thermal engineers to develop a naval laser warning and countermeasures defense system. I also develop some really cool space robotics systems such as robotic arms and lunar rovers. Simply stated, I am someone who just likes to learn something new every day and solve problems.Feel free to reach out to me to chat!
