I am self-motivated and always enthusiastic to learn new concepts .Currently (since Nov 2013 ) I working as Postdoc fellow under Faculty of Medicine at Tel Aviv University Israel. Here I am exploring the therapeutical potential of stem cell in curing the diabetic wounds.I am well versed with number of cellular and molecular biology techniques like western blotting, , Cell Culture immunofluorescence staining, BrdU proliferations assays, quantitative PCR, gel shift assays and immuno-precipitation and also well equipped in animal handling. During my PhD research I have been involved in exploring the neuro-protective role of omega three fatty acid to overcome the brain aberration produced by iodine deficiency in rat model. I really enjoyed my doctoral research in exploring the protective role of omega three fatty acid on neuronal proliferation, migration and differentiation. I have shown that perinatal supplementation of ω-3 FAs to iodine deficient pups clearly resulted in their improved cognitive performance in latter life. This work is accepted for publication in British Journal of Nutrition. My PhD research work entitled " To Study Omega Three Fatty Acid and Thyroid Hormone Interaction in Rat Model at Biochemical and Molecular Level: Implication for Supplement Program " was conducted at the Department of Endocrinology, Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow (India), under the supervision of Prof. Dr .D R Modi (department of Bio-Technology,BabaSaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University,Lucknow INDIA (Central University) and was supported by a fellowship from the Indian Council of Medical Research.
