I have been involved with the Fine Dining profession for more than several years, in particular on cruise ships as a chef. I had also an opportunity to work at Michelin starred restaurants. My background is international cuisine, but my personal expertise is French and Italian cuisine. My current position involves being a comm 3 in a well known company in New York where i am part of the crew preparing delicious meals for over 20 guests daily
