Enquiry floating to vendors.Comparison charts requirement in line of requirement indented by user department.Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term, delivery and service) with suppliers and sub-contractors assigned before final approval by Management.Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures after approval of Management in Oracle System.Project management in a respect to purchase work.Monitoring of on-going purchase orders and management of the relations with suppliers in order to ensure timely delivery of the goods and services.Monitoring and follow up with vendors until final delivery; anticipate and take pre-emptive action to prevent problems.Co-ordination with stores and accounts department in regard of material management.Coordinating, reviewing and endorsing the evaluation of submissions to ensure technical compliance with user department needs.Assist in managing and following up overseas orders.Check of bills for higher value in all respects before final passing by VP.Plan for monthly supplies to dealers/ Consignment agents as per their requirementsRaw material planning as per monthly production schedules and procures from primary producers.Random checks of Inquires, Quotations, Order Checklist (OCL), Acceptance of Order (AO) and discrepancies regard orders from parties and ensure supplies as per orders within minimum possible time without defects.Handing Rejection /Shortage / Damage individually for both White and Grey Cement plants and preparing management information report for management. Arranged inbound logistics for material and capital nature items.Communication with Vendors, Contactors in all respect to purchase related work.Contracts management.Administration work related to plant.

Sending RFQs & making Comparative Statements.Negotiations with vendors.Preparation of Orders and putting up the same for approvals.Systematic filing of PRs / Orders and related correspondence.Follow up for materials / execution of service jobs.
