Travel Consultant with expertise in travel consulting, operations, FIT, MICE, product development. Experience includes solution management, customer engagements, business development, strategy planning and travel consulting.- Manage the overall MICE / FIT Programme- Introduce and build a full MICE/FIT marketing and communication process/calendar of activity- Organize the annual MICE Master Forum Day and look for other member networking opportunities (FAM trips, Hotel showcases etc.)- Act as the dedicated MICE support for member queries and as an expert on any MICE-relevant technologies.- Create and build relationships with MICE contacts within hotel accounts- Deliver programme of events; manage all logistics and work with relevant team members on content and delegate management- Attend relevant MICE events to keep abreast of market developments. Attend Business Travel events where relevant to keep abreast of member needs- Support the International Partnership Manager in building engagement regarding MICE with the international membership- Act as an ambassador, promoting hotel programs and products- Support the Head of Supplier Partnerships as necessary- Work with the wider team where necessary on company-essential projects, e.g. annual Hotel Directory
