I have been primarily associated with monitoring & evaluation/grant expenditure evaluation of NGOs, review of program accounting, budgeting, variance analysis, inventory management, review of internal control systems and procedures and design of accounting manuals, donor reporting, conducting capacity building trainings for project partners, institution of financial management systems and procedures, fund management, formulation of project extension and closure guidelines and contract management.
