Project to be executed in Two Phases.1st & 2nd Phase involved 48 area & Hvj Area Work.Major Contractor is Shiv Parvati Construction Pvt.Ltd. Responsible for execution of Work.. 1.Preparing & maintaining daily progress report mentioning2. labour strength & Equipments.3.Joint Measurements & Bill Certifications of Sub Contractors.4.To take part in Weekly review meetings with Client & PMC for the Achievements and planning for next Week progress. 5.Day to day monitoring and follow up of work progress as per the approved master schedule.6.Strict adherence to Master construction schedule in terms of quality, quantity, time and Cost. 7.Work Planning with senior management for smooth functioning of the project.
