• Responsible for Managing Areas South, South West and Central for 508 FSA (Feeder Serving Area) for FTTH.• Identifying Potential FSAs getting the Survey done through Construction Team, Network Planning team along with Business Team.• Coordination with Network Planning team to release the construction Pack for the Potential FSA after survey and get the work started from construction team.• Ensure Building Permissions and customer Acquisition through team as per assigned target of the Month in line with AOP targets.• Onorading of New Jio Point Managers in coordination with HR as per requirement.• Driving the teams to achieve Acquisition, installation and Revenue Targets.• Ensuring timely delivery/Implementation of orders as per the timeline committed to the customer. • Training and motivating ,Driving Team performance and Productivity • Ensuring weekend Activities, live roadshows and paper inserts for lead generation.• Managing VVIP clients directly for the connectivity of their respective building on priority basis in coordination with Technical.• Planning Actionable on achieving AOP Targets for the Area, Monthly Target Setting and reviewing the team on weekly basis on target Vs Achievement.• Responsible for Customer Experience satisfaction and resolving customer issue in minimal time.

Managing a Total team of 4 Direct Sales Manager,9 TL & 90 DST and 3 Channel Sales Manager with 15 Channel partners and 30 Channel FSE.• Responsible for Acquisition of Retail Wireline DSL Broadband, FTTH , VDSL and Del.• Also managing acquisition of SME Products ILL/LL, PRI/Centrex ,Wireless Products Photons ,Fixed Wireless Phones ( Walky )/ Terminals, WLEPABX to SME/SOHO segments in Mumbai.• Driving the teams to achieve Acquisition, installation and Revenue Targets.• Ensuring timely delivery/Implementation of SME orders as per the timeline committed to the customer. • Responsible for appointment of Channel Partners & recruitment of DST ( Direct Team Executives) Training and motivating ,Driving channel performance and DST Productivity • Ensuring weekend Activities, live roadshows and paper inserts for lead generation.• Ensuring New Connectivity of High potential buildings in coordination with Technical and Marketing teams in the assigned Cluster.• Planning Actionable on achieving AOP Targets for the cluster, Monthly Target Setting and reviewing the team on weekly basis on target Vs Achievement.• Responsible for FTB / STB / TTB collections. Coordinating with ASMs / TLs / SAs & with collection team for timely collections• Responsible for churn within 180 days of acquisition. Coordinating with ASMs / TLs / SAs & with retention team for the churn management.• Co ordination with HR / Operations Team for timely payouts to DST And Channel Partners• Managing FTTH projects for Powai, Kandivili , Navi Mumbai on Sterlite Network and Lodha Palava City Dombivili Project on Wow Solutions Pvt Ltds Network

• Handling a total team of 5 Channel Managers, 80 Direct Sales Executives and 8 Channel partners with a team of 40 Channel partner FSE.• Driving the teams to achieve Acquisition, installation and Revenue Targets.• Generating business through the Direct and Channel Partners team. • FSE & DST Recruitment, Training, Motivating and driving channel performance.• Connectivity of New High potential buildings in coordination with Technical and Marketing teams • Ensuring weekend Activities, live roadshows and paper inserts for lead generation.• Responsible for the Day to Day Orders Logins and Installation of the pending Orders for the Assigned Zones.• Active involment in Retention and Collection for the 0-4 months customers• Target Setting and reviewing the team weekly basis on target Vs Achievement.
