• Develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process and outcomes; identify key sourcing channels; develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, effectively gathering research, networking, leveraging relevant social media and employee referrals.• Manage the entire Recruitment cycle which includes working closely with Senior Leadership, attracting and selecting appropriate talent, salary negotiations and on boarding.• Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software and CRM system to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding & responsible to deliver MIS reports to the Leadership team.• Builds Relationships with Agencies and staffing firms & builds partnerships and manage the procurement and measurement process. Completely adhered to process TAT, productivity norms & other recruitment guidelines• Adhering to internal company policies/processes/legal compliance and improve service levels and process quality.• Having an expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to Sourcing, Qualifying, Networking, Assessing, Job analysis, Wage and salary trends,• Benefits negotiation, Salary fitments, Relationship management.• Skills in assessing Behavioral Skills / Psychometric Testing• Worked on Navision & HRMS
