Project description :-(1) Beautification & strengthening of roads.- Silvassa Shahid chowk to Athal to Naroli entrance gate.(2) Improvement & beautification of various MDR/ODR in Daman district & seafront road at Jampore beach & Devka beach.(Total completed project length: 45 kilometres road, 1.3 kilometer paramesh wall and 1.2 kilometer NJB median, Scope : Construction/overlay/reconstruction, Cost : INR 251.24 Cr./ USD 33.1 million)Roles and responsibilities :- - Worked as a senior site engineer for road construction work mainly bituminous work as well as looked after the activites such as box culvert, pipe culverts and other structural activities.- Maintained progress of overall construction activities at silvassa and daman site with responsibility for planning and execution in challenging urban areas.- Mitigated road construction work & beautification work delays by monitoring as well as planning the distribution of material and machinery to achieve productivity.- Responsible for planning and allocating duties to the junior staff members for efficient working environment, preparation of bills of vendors and final bill of quantity for different activites.- Played vital role in modification of execution method for bitumen layer (DBM) with paver using multiplex sensor set in urban area.- Updating progress chart reports of each activites according to different section, preparing daily progress report (DPR) & monthly progress report (MPR).

Project description :- Upgrading to four lanes of Mehsana - Himmatnagar state highway (SH-55) stretch of 38 miles/ 60.7 kms (Ch. 103+000 to 163+752) under DBFOMT (Design, Built, Finance, Operate, Maintenance and Transfer) annuity basis, cost :- INR 383 Cr./ USD 54.7 million. Pilot Green highway project in the state of Gujarat under the assistance of World Bank. (GSHP - II).
