• Managing, designing and executing a plan of action for the team in Mumbai • Responsible for the P&L as the Area Head of the largest market for Weddingz.in (~40% of company’s revenue) • Maintained a growth of 25% month on month, taking the monthly business of the market from 40 lakhs to 3 Cr and from 20 weddings to 120 weddings a month within a span of 8 months • Liaise with 250 venues partners and brought on board some of the biggest hotels and banquets in Mumbai as partners • Led and established a competitive sales force by offering trainings and performance-driven sales-incentive programs • Led the direct marketing initiative (email & sms) to the right customer segment (incremental business : ~5%) • Maintaining a strong relationship with venue/banquet owners (Specifically Key Accounts of the City) and advising them on issues related to the market and offering solutions on the same • Conduct promotional events & marketing activations, primarily BTL, in conjunction with the internal teams• Manage the sales administration function, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible and advising senior management on maximising business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish• Responsible for maintaining long term relations with various venues• Working closely with the product team to improve the quality of the product • Analyzing market potential for growth and new opportunities• Planning day-to-day strategies and define and execute sales plans• Negotiation with key venues for the better pricing

• Responsible for Planning & creating customer focused content for onsite & marketing campaigns• Co-ordination with advertising and media agencies for promotional planning and implementation• Responsible for Developing appropriate marketing initiatives for existing and new products for supporting the field team• Organise advertisement in print/electronic/outdoor media• Evaluate and approve promotion expenses, ensure optimum allocation of promotion expenses and keeping the track of return from promotion expenses• Work closely with Area Regional Managers to execute strategies aimed at raising awareness and demand in the markets• Planning & execution of reward and recognition programs• To ensure quality and timely execution of all the programs along with constant innovation in execution of the programs
