Job ProfileManaging complex field development and/or re-development projects well construction, work-over, management of offshore platform construction and installations, allied pipelines and building/upgrading facilities including preparations for operations according to HSE and Project Management guidelines and standards.Abandonment and decommissioning program:In charge of Plugging and abandonment of over 80 onshore/offshore gas wells, decommissioning of over 60Offshore platforms. The work involves survey, establishing the strategies, schedule, estimation and budgeting for well plugging and abandonment operations, decommissioning of offshore structures and disposal. Hiring contractors for various activities advise management to stipulate the Turkmenistan government approved strategies and plans. Complex filed Development:Management of conceptual, FEED and detail engineering for offshore platforms/pipelines; (Greenfield and brownfield projects) development of onshore and offshore facilities. Tendering and execution of non-routine projects.

Construction Engineering and Commissioning of:• Three gas compressor stations and allied re-routing of Gas trunk-lines from various locations including direct gas gathering manifold.• 33 kV lines, feeding to Gas Compressor lines.• Main Gas Control Room and Main Intake substationFeed facilitation

• Develops, plans, co ordinates and controls diverse range of multi disciplined capital projects with emphasis on field development project and well head jacket modification projects for various offshore fields• Ensuring satisfactory Engineering design, timely and cost effective completion of various phases of project, i. e. from concept to commissioning.• Direction, coordination, and review the work from senior discipline engineers, outside design consultants, EPIC contractors.• Reporting to lead project engineer on all administrative, contractual, technical and budgetary matters for projects assigned by top management. To act on behalf of QP as QP representative’s nominated deputy with technical and budgetary responsibility and authority.• To monitor and take remedial / corrective actions on overall progress of assigned progress of assigned projects and interface with relevant QP departments / government ministries / agencies and third parties to ensure that project cost, schedule and quality are achieved or improved up on.• Preparation of descriptions, justifications, cost estimates, procedures, guidelines, online programs, project execution / implementation strategies and shutdown requirements for assigned project.• To undertake tendering and evaluation process, preparation of submissions with appropriate recommendations to relevant tender committees. • Initiate risk assessment of assigned project, identification of commercial / HSE risks. Take appropriate decisions regarding mitigating actions. Ensure implementation of mitigating actions.• Review asset holder’s new project requirements / additional works on ongoing projects, scope of work for front end engineering (FEED) detailed design, and preparation of Engineering, Procurement, installation and commissioning (EPIC) contracts.
