International Motorsport Events Risk ManagerThe  Motorcycle   Grand   Prix  in  Phillip  Island The  World  Super  Bikes   in   Phillip   Island  Reported to the CEO (Green field position)Achievements  -‐ Developed   and   implemented   a   National   Risk   Strategy   for   Major   International   Events   such   as:   Motorcycle  Grand   Prix,   World   Super   bikes   and   Super   X   Championship   to   name   a   few.  •   Developed   and   implemented   the   National   Environmental   Code   and   Management   Plan.   Approved   by  Federation   International   Motorcyclisme   (FIM   is   the   International   Governing   Body   for   Motorcycle   Sport   across   the  world)    •   Developed,   implemented   and   facilitated   the   Motorcycle   Grand   Prix   Officials   training   package   for   the   550  trackside   Officials   involved   in   the   2008/9/10   Event.  •  Implemented  the  first fully integrated risk management; Health  and  Safety  and Environmental training package  for (Officials)  in  Motor  sport in Australia, this package was later introduced to other International Motorsport Federations as best in class.

Reporting to the COOKey Achievements:•   Revived   and   streamlined   the   behaviour   based   safety   “Take   Five”   program   within   the   Company   to   include  driver   re-‐education   and   health   and   wellbeing.   Since   the   re-‐introduction   of   the   revised   program   a   reduction   of   20%  in  vehicle  accidents  per  business  unit  as  well  as  sick  and  days  absent  from  the  business.    •   Developed   and   implemented   the   SQE   management   system   for   a   new   business   acquisition   (This   business   has   9  contracts   with   40   M   revenue)   that   incorporates   the   AS4801,   ISO9001   and   ISO14001framework.  •   Developed   a   compliance   auditing   tool   for   Contract   Managers   to   test   and   measure   safety   within   their  businesses.    •   Presented   a   series   of   forums   to   Local   Government   leadership   conference   (LGPRO   for   all   directors   and  executives)   on   the   importance   of   “safety   as   a   lever   for   cultural   change”
