 Responsible for all Workforce/Talent management activities for a group of large high growth Accounts/SL/Verticals employing around 1500 associates including multiple Practice (SAP, IOT, Devops,Information Security, ServiceNow, Workday) as Workforce Management Business Partner to maximizethe strategic use of manpower. Act as the primary Point of Contact for the Vertical Heads and the first level escalation point for Business Stakeholders. Understanding the upcoming Business through regular interactions with the Delivery Leaders, Delivery Managers and Engagement Managers. Also understanding their challenges in fulfillment as well for continual improvement. Work with Training Team and Talent Pool management Team to come up with Up-skilling and Cross-skilling plan for the associates on pool. Managing resource rotation, engagement, allocation, ramp up and ramp down for projects and re-deployment of Onsite / Offshore resources. Release management process by getting advance notice of future release for redeployment. Ensure compliance to processes and SLAs as per Organizational Guidelines. Ensure good stakeholder relationship through stakeholder management communication. Ensuring timely allocation of resources with the right skills at the right time to the Business Units. Working with Delivery Leaders to plan associates for pipeline projects and new logos. Creating an effective rotation plan and succession plan for critical escalation areas and billing loss areas to reduce revenue leakage and role retention. Managing and planning onsite deputation for travel ready associates based on future need. Maintain/Prepare records and reports for leadership reviews on Weekly progress, Billing loss status and fulfillment dashboard.

• Responsible for Digital business group as talent management partner with a headcount of 1200+ employees to maximize the strategic use of manpower.• Responsible for creating awareness of policies, process and programs.• Devising effective Rotation plan to elevate internal resources and to replace them with Junior/Campus hires to keep refreshing the talent pool.• Partner with business on workforce planning, succession planning, optimization, transfer, utilization, performance management, training and skills assessment.• Triage demand to fulfill qualitatively with the best possible option.• Responsible for resource allocation and keeping the governance for bench employees.• Keeping a track of the skill matrix of the associates and coordinating with the Learning Team for the enhancement of their knowledge and soft skill.• Responsible for resolving queries of associates and directing them to respective departments.• Tracking of potential Ramp Down and Ramp Ups with Business teams and ensuring to plan redeployment of associates or scaling up existing associates respectively.• Oversee the team of 3 members for seamless continuity of business strategy.• Training team on RMG best practices and grooming them to front end market calls.

Responsible for keeping the associates up to date with respect to different rules and regulation of the organization.Responsible for resolving queries of associates and directing them to respective departments.Keeping a track of the skill matrix of the associates and coordinating with the Learning Team for the enhancement of their knowledge and soft skill.Coordinate with RMG - Partner Program and TAT for fulfillment of manpower.Providing inputs to the Business Leaders for effective employee retention.Well versed with end to end recruitment process(in VLSI, Platform Software, Telecom domain, different Embedded Skills) for few of the platinum account starting from maintaining resume data bank to screening the candidate, salary negotiations and issuing offer letters & deployments.Coordinating internal activities like screening resumes on the basis of given specifications, scheduling interviews, coordinating with the hiring manager for closure of hires, and effective compensation for the resource.Facilitate recruitment drives for different positions Pan India.Maintaining MIS Reports on Weekly and Monthly Basis.
