Workforce Manager

Release management process by getting advance notice of future release for redeployment. Ensure compliance to processes and SLAs as per Organizational Guidelines. Ensure good stakeholder relationship through stakeholder management communication. Ensuring timely allocation of resources with the right skills at the right time to the Business Units. Working with Delivery Leaders to plan associates for pipeline projects and new logos. Creating an effective rotation plan and succession plan for critical escalation areas and billing loss areas to reduce revenue leakage and role retention. Managing and planning onsite deputation for travel ready associates based on future need. Maintain/Prepare records and reports for leadership reviews on Weekly progress, Billing loss status and fulfillment dashboard.
Manager Talent Management
