Current• Working as Functional Consultant EAM Project on IBM Maximo.• Functional knowledge about Maximo Module ( Asset Management, Work Order Management, Contract Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Administration Module, Preventive Maintenance and Job Plans ).• Worked on application support, testing, and configuration changes.• Experience in Design and Configuration using tools such as Application Designer, Database Configuration and Workflow Designer.• Involved in domain creation like Table, ALN and Crossover domain specific to client requirements.• I was directly involved in debugging and providing RCA and resolving Production Issues. • Worked with SERVICE REQUEST and INCIDENT.• Performed “Roll out” of Application at all client Sites.• Performed "Site User Acceptance Testing" (SUAT) Sign off at all client Sites.• Requirement gathering for change management and new developments as per client requirements. Reforming technical development methodology for a better performance of the application.• Testing the Developed functionality to deliver the required process changes asked from the customer.• Supervising the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level. • Monitoring the SLA compliance of team manning across locations.• Managing project reports and meetings with customer. • Monitoring the service delivery, service review with customer, planning and action for service improvement. • Conducting weekly / Monthly End User Performance review with Management & sharing MOM. • Leading the team meetings to review the status of the Incidents and problems to control the overall delivery. • Manage allocated workload within Project Delivery and Build team.
