• Responsible for planning & production for assembly lines with a production capacity of 30000 pcs per month.

Bhat, Ahmedabad

• Heading the findings and assembly division of the factory with the workforce of about 50 employees reporting to me.
• Headed the team of technical workmen and supervisors to Italy for hands on training for installation, execution and maintenance of the entire line of machines to manufacture 150 varieties of findings.
• Had exhaustive technology absorption sessions in reference to production, quality, machine handling and maintenance with their technical staff.
• Successfully commissioned the machines for findings and started production in a record time.
• Built a workaholic force for production by imparting extensive training.

Changodar, Ahmedabad
