EXECUTIVE SUMMARYMr. Shalit, CPA, (Adv.), is a Partner and Head of the Transfer Pricing Department in the Tax Cluster. Mr. Shalit has over 20 years of experience in international taxation, particularly with respect to investments overseas by Israeli residents and investments in Israel by foreign residents. Mr. Shalit has acquired substantial knowledge and experience in transfer pricing as part of his work in the BDO New-York office. Previously, he had served in the legal department of the Israeli Tax Authority. Mr. Shalit has published several articles in the field of tax and has lectured, mainly on tax issues, in a number of professional and academic forums, including the School of Business Administration of the College of Management.EDUCATIONMr. Shalit holds a LL.B., a B.A. in Business Administration and a MBA in International Management.
