As Senior delivery manager for large Telecom giant in Nordic region i have 4 clusters where my responsibilities are -Coordinate End to End IT activities related to Applications and Operations following ITIL process along with governance.Ensure 100% KPI & SLAs achievement of Service Management.Handling multiple applications across the cluster including SharePoint, Livelink(IMS), Archiving & Power BI.Plan execute and monitor projects to ensure adherence and project profitability.Implemting Change Management and demand management process.Owning the client relationship of the account, which cover one or more Clusters/business service groups. Accountable for both the client Service Management and related delivery and growth of the Account and its financial performance. Responsibility of ER of 8M Euros.Alignment with Nokia Stakeholder for forecasting of new services and demands.Responsible for New opportunities as Sales Lead (RfQ/RfP) with Sales Team , Solution's team and Bid Management team.Act as a First level of Escalation for Customer before BP-BG (Business Partner - Business Group).

As Cluster Manager of 120+ team members for Large Telecom client in Nordic managing 67 applications Major responsibility were Responsible for day to day operations and ensuring smooth delivery of all services ensuring performance goals is met. Meeting expectations of all the business stakeholders effectively and efficiently. Taking proactive decision in business contingent situations to ensure deliverables are met.Responsible for end to end Service Delivery management with strict SLA.SLA Management as per contract. Continually monitoring, developing and improving IT services within the organization with a customer centric approach.Applying service management techniques to lead and define the IT services and closely manage all processes within the IT service team.Client Relationship Management and internal interfacing for project requirements.Generation of ER .Driving Customer Satisfaction survey.
