Responsibilities :- • Leads the Sales Territory inclusive of managing performance, achieving Target and New Business development. • Achieves the Region’s revenue and profitability quotas for Cold Storage products as they are sold into all customer segments within Region. Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth. • Directs the selling activities within the Region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions. • Provides quality leadership for internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, inclusive of constructive Cold Storage /Rooms , Calculating Heat Load, and offer submission.• Prioritizes effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives. • Efficiently manages the sites by regular visit.• Program the team to ensure attention and growth in the key account segments.• Sets the vision for the Region and develops and adheres to a business plan to attain this vision.• Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability. Disseminate information to regional sales representatives, corporate marketing and sales operations. • Major Customer name handled & installation of the Cold Storage by my end :- Yum Restaurant , Jubilant (Dominoes) , Mother Dairy, Amul & Cream Bell

Responsibilities :- • Visiting existing customer base and prospecting for potential customer in his Endeavour of meeting the company’s objectives. • Making presentation i.e. communicating skillfully about the company’s product i.e. Water Coolers, Air Conditioners & Water dispensers. And in the process offering solutions i.e. best offer/ quote, answering objections and finally closing the sales deal. • Ensuring the timely execution of the sales orders generated during the day. • Keeping track of competitors, gathering market related information and keeping the management informed about the market, market behavior, customers, and customer’s behavior. • To design tailor made campaign to enable sustain the market and encounter the competition. • Making sales forecast - Analyzing sales data, measuring market potential, and accordingly develop market strategies and plans. • Coordinating with other personnel to build a team for smooth operation of business. • Reporting day to day activities by preparing and presenting daily report to the management to keep them updated about progress made.• Major Customer name handled & installation of the product by my end.
