Led online and host-to-host channel products for the APAC region globally supporting 3000 clients with 300,000 users across the globe. Built a strong team to support APAC sales team to provide solutions for complex client integration requirements, leveraging in-house as well as vendor-based solutions. Lead the sales/product organization in creating and articulating unique value propositions for corporate clients.

Positioned BofA with clients and helped win key marquee mandates by driving end-to-end sales processes. Supported and led 120+ client engagements in APAC, related to Payment, Receipts, Liquidity Management, Channels, transactional FX, Integration, whiteboarding new ideas for Shared Services and Regional Treasury Setup.

Rolled out this new product in the APAC region by ensuring it’s within the risk framework and revenue-generating at the same time. Executed first-ever Escrow deal in a cross-country buyout option resulted in doubling the deal revenue for the bank.

Led and won, one of the biggest Public Sector Commercial Cards tender in Singapore for Citibank by displacing all three major incumbents. Exceeded the sales target assigned by 150% in the first year.

Led the Regional Solutions Team for corporate clients for APAC. Product manager and subject matter expert for Citibank’s online (CitiDirect) as well as host-to-host (Citi File services) channels. Responsible for market positioning, innovation and product planning for APAC.Regional Product Manager for Channels/Information Services for client solutions. Accountable for successfully delivering the system capability and prioritization of product enhancements for Asia covering online banking, host to host and other related treasury products.Participated in 100+ Client RFPs for big multinational regional clients and overseen approximately 145 complex implementations for premium Clients.

Responsible for end-to-end software development and project delivery for various bespoke financial software development for key clients like Citibank etc.Solely represented the organization in Thailand with only 4 months of work experience.Instrumental in expanding the Singapore office, 4th person to join the overseas office.
