An engineering graduate with post-graduation in management from Pune; started career with the Dairy giant AMUL responsible for Ice Creams & frozen products sales in Mumbai. In pursuit of new challenges joined EuroKids International Limited in year 2003. Worked with EuroKids (now Lighthouse Learning) for 18.5Yrs in various capacities. From Regional Manager South to National Business Manger to SBU Head for Pre School Business to CEO New Business, this journey has been truly fulfilling. Have built large scale businesses with sustainable growth driven by the fundamental principal of ‘we will succeed only if our partner succeeds’. The idea of making a difference in the life of young learner while creating wealth for the business partner has been the key driver while working with EuroKids and this idea still excites me. With the same intent have joined Nalanda Learning, an early year’s solutions company providing teaching learning platform for preschools to deliver high quality curriculum to young learners. My belief in the power of people has never changed in these many years and I will continue to invests most of my time and energies in developing & nurturing people and help them to achieve greater heights.
