End-to-end ownership of onboarding referrals, liaising with the screening & contracts team for Right to Work (RTW) documents of the referrals / new joiners, and creating their records on VMS. Ownership of terminations of onsite contractors/referrals as per clients’ request and ensuring correct protocol is followed seamlessly. Managing all phases of resourcing using available resources.
