Within my present role as Senior Manager Legal & Company Secretary, I made significant contributions in Contract Management, Litigation Management, Corporate Secretarial, Strategic Engagements, Policy Making, and Compliances, Risk Management & Control and Auditing and Corporate Planning. I play a significant role in handling matters pertaining to Indian Bankruptcy Code (IBC) before National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) against debtors on the outstanding amount(s) & coordinate with IRP (Insolvency Resolution Professional); Draft legal documents for queries by local authorities, organization's customers and requests, and complaints.Apart from these, I ensure business proposals, practices, and transactions comply with all relevant laws & regulations. Additionally, I play a crucial role in group auditors for upholding annual group compliance and internal audit of the company.My work has enabled me to achieve numerous highlights: Contracts Database: I have designed contracts database for client agreements - negotiating SLA’s, setting parameters, and regulatory compliance protocols Litigation Management: I have argued on various litigation issues on behalf of my company with the assistance of external counsels with various statutory authorities Corporate Governance/Compliance: Actively engaged with Finance, Operations, Strategic Sourcing and Quality Assurance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedure.  Process Enhancement: I have worked with investors across the group structure and internal support teams to drive process improvements whilst drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and agreements. Also, in conjunction with external counsel, developed case strategies and drafted defence against contractual & credit defaults and tax lawsuits by state regulatory agencies and other bodies.

As Company Secretary, my role spread across improving the SOX process, reducing SOX deficiencies, Conscripting legal documents for acquiring bank loans and examined credit documents, and implementing Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and other related tools to test corporate governance, accountability and compliance management.Apart from these, I assisted in internal stock audit for warehouses located in Mumbai and Faridabad for Company, ensured due diligence & regulatory compliance and depicted reports to the Board of Directors and filed local tax returns timely on a periodic basis (Central Excise & Customs).

From conducting due diligence, performing legal compliance research, working on project feasibility reports to arranging statutory /committee meetings of the Board was a part of my job role.Notable Achievements: Successfully managed registration of sister concern with MCA & ROC (100% subsidiary of ICRA - iMacs). Implemented various programs with HR and Finance and awarded to iMacs - New Delhi and Maharashtra by UNICEF.
