Ensured ZD Systems dive initiated at group level be adhered and maintained. Shared many GMP and CAPA’s of problems with other plants of the group and accepted and deployed many received from them. Established “Product Hygiene policy” , Manual, Procedures and HACCP to comply with requirements of BRC 05 and achieved grade “A” in certification audit. Successfully passed customer audits (New & existing ones) with LOreal, Unilever, Reckitt Benkiser, Sun Pharma, Abbott, and Cipla among others. We worked shoulder to shoulder with customer in their supplier development programs.Also developed some local suppliers/partners to reduce cost, Lead time and dependency of raw material against some global partners.
