NTPC Faridabad is national gas power plant project with capacity of 432 MW constructed in 321.4 acres and is a beneficiary to Haryana.TRAINING DESCRIPTION:We as control and instrumentation engineer(C&I) monitor all the parameters in the plant i.e. pressure,flow,temperature,vibrations etc through a well designed schematically presented interfacing on SCADA which is connected through DCS. *Learned about various instruments used in plant to measure these parameters in the plant.*Learned about working of various controlllers that were used in the plant i.e Pneumatic Controllers,Hydraulic controllers,Electronic Controllers.*On whole it was really a technically absorbing 6 weeks of summer training which gave me a great practical exposure of textual learning and helped me understand things in a better manner.
