My professional journey has been a 20+ yrs of rewarding and enriching experience with big brands having international presence, in various positions of leadership in Insurance and Realty sectors at various locations. I have strong leadership and execution skills and have the experience of conceptualising and executing huge projects across multiple locations. Despite the brands and positions, the desire to create something of my own was a thought constantly nagging my inner-self, leading to the germination of an entrepreneurial venture - Terawind Technologies Pvt. Ltd . With the dream of a Digital India, increasingly gaining momentum, and with an enhanced focus on improving quality of life by leveraging technology, TeraWind Technologies is aiming to develop cutting-edge technology solutions for the Education sector, a sector where the technology penetration is still relatively low and the use of right digital solutions can have huge social impact/benefits as also improve the quality of services delivered by various educational institutions. So, the endeavour at Terawind Technologies is to develop smart, low-cost, technology solutions for the Education sector, the spirit being duly reflected in our slogan "Let's Innovate". Konnect2us is our first such solution, a cloud-based, comprehensive student management system, which will enhance the efficiency and accuracy of day-to-day administrative and teaching/classroom related tasks in a typical educational institution. Many other initiatives/solutions are in various stages of incubation/development in the area of Online Education and Social and Emotional Learning. Apart from work, my other passions in life are connecting with nature, animals, travelling and photography.
