• Business Development-A)Market Research-carry out prospecting activity to generate leads & convert leads to customer sending introduction, visiting leads, understanding their requirements B)Generate Enquiry-Generate enquiry & enquiry send to sales for quotation. C) Price negotiation-Negotiating with them for profitable business.• Key Account management-D) Customer Schedules-Follow-up & communicate with customer about material status E) Customer Complaints-Handle customer complaints & resolve in stipulated time period F) Receivable Management-Follow-up with customer for timely payment collection G) SCM-To ensure on time deliveries of customer material.• Customer Relationship Management-Maintain relationship with existing customer by visit regular basis for customer satisfaction.• Management-Prepare customer sales report & present to management on daily basis.
