Job involves authorization of voucher entries posted pertaining to Visa and MasterCard settlement transactions. On an average around 3000 entries amounting to Rs 2.5 crores get posted on a daily basis. Also accountable for adherence to Turnaround times and both internal (ISO) and statutory audit requirements.• Exception handling of transactions received through the Visa/MasterCard incoming files which include ctf chargeback handling, any special charges levied by Visa/MasterCard etc.• Responsible for all the account reconciliation pertaining to Visa and MasterCard transaction.• Settlement and reconciliation of charges levied and payable to VISA/MasterCard and relevant income booking.• Providing necessary inputs as a team member of the six sigma projects taken over by the bank. Was part of the Chargeback Debit Credit Six Sigma project and ensured reduction in Turnaround time of processing with no financial losses.
