With over a decade of experience at DHL Global Forwarding Freight Shared Services (India) LLP, I have honed my skills as a Team Leader within the IRR/SE Task Force. My role involves ensuring seamless documentation processes, leading and training team members, and maintaining adherence to company protocols.Being a part of the Cargowise One Task Force team has exposed me to diverse challenges, including supporting countries during the transition from LOGIS to Cargowise One.
