Worked as an overnight summer camp counselor and specialist, as part of an Israeli delegation. Was in charge of a cabin of 8 campers.

Starting position as an information system implementor, then moved on to a client project management position. - Ongoing care of a customer (Over 3000 employees), taking care of client requests and bugs in our system (inc. creation of reports with Microsoft Excel 365).- Working directly with the developement and product team in order to solve issues and provide solutions for the client. - Taking part in the charactarization of new products, screens and features. - Creating and executing an implementation project: creating schedules, training aids, client feedback and documentation forms, then training the client's employees and teaching them about new screens/ features in our system.- Designing presentations and other visual aids for the company's marketing department- Performing manual QA (Web & App)

The job consisted of implementation and training development surrounding multiple information systems in the medical field.- Helped in developing and operating a technical support center for an organization with over 40,000 employees. - Created different training aids and PPT presentations.

Mandatory military service as a trainer of the "Mesoa 700" system, as part of the Tsayad program. - was part of a team who created an implementation project from scratch, and ended up providing classes and support for 3 additional military bases. - Created schedules and other training aids while working with higher up officers and commanders. - Trained new soldiers in my team
