Responsible for collecting data from various departments, consolidating it and then preparing reports using ERP. Handling Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for Desktops, Laptops, printers, UPS, FAX, Xerox and EPABX systems etc. Heading a team of 3 Computer engineers who are responsible for providing day to day hardware, software and network support. In total, there are about 150 users.Responsible for maintaining Company’s email server (Microsoft Exchange) – this includes resolving day to day mail flow issues, backing up email server, maintaining a backup of user’s email etc.Responsible for IT Procurement – Finalizing quotes and issuing POs for Laptops, desktops, printers, Internet circuits etc. Responsible for E-Filling of Return for Central Excise tax, Income tax & others. Responsible for generating daily activity report for Managing Director (MD) / Director for Plant activity using EMS Server and ERP solution.Participating in Internet based auctions and bids with Government Departments & foreign clients..Providing assistance to Sales & Marketing Dept. in Business development by finding new customers and contacting them. System Study and Requirement specification including complete data inputs, end-user requirements, reporting format finalization, design of various reports for Govt. & Personnel Department. Coding, testing & implementation. Assist the operators/ end -users for day-to-day operations problems like embroidery / CAD / Barcoding Dept.
