Customer Relationship Management & Documentationo To Draft and verify and execute Letter of Intent and Leave and License Agreements and various other legal documents along with the legal advisor.o Coordination with prospective clients and our legal team to ensure timely finalizing of and signing of LOI, L&L Agreement. Amendment of Agreement, Side Letter.o Draft formal offer letters to prospective occupants based on the negotiation meetingso Calculation of Stamp Duty for Registration, Co ordinate for Fit outs, Broker / Consultant Relationship Managemento Build a good relationship with all the members of transaction teams of IPC's and prominent local brokers and regularly be in touch with them.o MIS preparing /extracting various reports, that’s required by the management (SAP entry for MIS) on weekly / Fortnightly and Monthly basiso Regular follow up with clients to ensure timely receipt of payment towards monthly compensation and other charges, Inter Dept coordination (Customer care/Architecture/ Engineering /planning etc...)List of Transactions concluded – Cadbury India Ltd (82,000 sq ft), The Ratnakar Bank Ltd, KMTC, Samsung C&T Corp, Venus Wires Ltd, and HT Media Ltd.
