Statistics Departments, Ministry of Minerals Yearly Clearance Certificates from BRELA, NEMC, Fire Dept, OSHA, TRA, GCLA, etc. Preparing documentation and representing the company at Tax authorities during Assessments.• Costing: Preparing Quarterly Costing sheets and Margin percentages of all products. Preparation and Control of Different Price Lists. Costing sheet of each Import Consignment. Calculation of Quarterly average costs of prime raw materials. Cost Master sheet for each product. Procurement of Raw Materials and Consumables from Suppliers Customs Clearance of Raw materials and Machinery, and Dealing with Ports, Clearing agents and Shipping Lines.

• Business Development: Business Development by venturing new related products, opening new outlets, capturing different markets, Executing Tenders, Setting Sales targets, Route sales, upgrading product packing etc. Developing new branches and recruiting new dealers after due diligence. Opening new showrooms after its feasibility report. Key Focus on Continuous Business Expansion and Diversification plans. Expansion of the product range and Evaluating markets of By-products and Scraps. Appointing Operator’s, wherever feasible. Identification of Opportunities for Business Promotions, Dealer Incentive , Discount Schemes etc Budgeting of Advertisement Costs for the year and finalizing different promotions plans. Interacting with customers to get products feedback and improvement.• Sales :• Preparing sales budget for the year, unit-wise.• Giving monthly targets to the sales team, as per the budget.• Analyzing variances between Targets and Actuals.• Tapping different markets and penetrating new products.• Handling customer grievances and complaints.• Ensuring products availability, at all units, at minimum re-orders levels.• Analyzing daily sales reports from different sales teams. • Managing route sales business.• Approving credentials of new prospective dealers and finalizing their terms.• Regular check on cash inflows from customers as per credit terms.• Issuing Demand Notice to long outstanding debtors.• Providing all necessary documents to Lawyers for following up with court cases for bad debts.• Key emphasis on after sales services.
