I have completed M.TECH along with Masters in Management.I have more than 15+ years of experience in Social Sector /Development sector specially WASH ,Health/CSR and Educational sector in India and abroad and more than 8+years of experience with top level of NGO's for Project Management , Training & Capacity Building , Wash promotion program by implementation, planning , monitoring , liasioning and documrntation. I have sound knowledge of water Quality testing and treatment by Water disinfection model and used WADI for solar water disinfection (SODIS) and Programming languages like Phythan ,Java and Oracle at insitution , school as well as Community level .Key achievements:1) Expert in Programming languages like Java, Python,Asp. net, C++/C, Dbms(Oracle ), Data structure at BCA and +2 levels 1) Worked in Unicef project in Mount Hagen, Lae and Bouganbill of PNG near Australia on WASH project.as Sr .manager that provides technical support to Care International at community level for Awarnce and Capacity building and Training program at grassroot level 2)During my tenor several district achived OD to ODF like Bhopal , Kaimur , Luckeesarai , Supoul , Karnal etc 3)Received/award from DM for best performance in Wash promotion program4)Received a certificate from Dm, ICDS Best Work in ICDS , in KAIMUR, BIHAR 4)Received a certificate from the district administration BHOPAL for good work and support in SBM(G).
