Responsible for making financial models from scratch on FAST standards Meeting client deadlines. Presentation of the models to all the stakeholders and addressing their concerns in the model.

(1) Preparation of Project Information Memorandum/Investor Teaser for discussing with various Banks, FIs, and Investors on the project appraisal.(2) Preparation of Financial Model, CMA Data for the projects for their life cycle involving estimation of Revenues, Cost, Capital Structure, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows and Key Financial Ratios.(3) Liasioning with multiple Banks, Financial Institutions, at all levels (Branch, Zonal, and Head office) in relation with credit proposals and submitting relevant information/documents for getting sanction/disbursement of loans for Working Capital & Project Finance.(4) Coordinating post approval processes including Vetting of Financial Documents, Financial Covenants with various support functions like legal, accounts, operations, for execution of overall mandate and disbursement.(5) Liasioning with Banks and Financial Institutions on the terms & conditions for Refinancing of Existing Debt in order to reduce the cost of capital.(6) Feasibility of Projects : Analysis of the Financial viabilities of the projects involving complete understanding and working on detailed Cash Flows, Profitability, IRR, NPV, Payback, DSCR Ratios etc.(7) Divestments : Handling due diligence process for monetization of the existing projects. Working on Valuations of the projects, meeting all Information Covenants, presentation for the prospect investors.(8) Corporate Debt Restructuring under CDR Cell & Restructuring of loan : Preparation of Flash Report/Detail Covering Letter, Justification of Restructuring, Preparation of Financial Model, Restructuring Scheme, Calculation of Bank’s Sacrifice & NPV.(9) Fund Planning : Daily/Weekly fund planning in co-ordination with business team. Preparation of projection on monthly basis and tracking with actuals.(10) Credit Rating : Working with Credit rating agencies to obtain credit rating for the various subsidiaries and holding company.
