I have raised over Rs 2,500 crs – at inception stage of a project from PE / NBFC to getting it Refinanced at cheaper rate from Banks / Restructured to provide exit to extant lender, enabling seeing fulllife cycle of Real Estate projects & cash flow management at each stage to yield best returns.• Financial modeling, project valuation and analysis• Structure and raise private equity and debt funds (from NBFC / Bank / /HNI’s) for projects• Manage relationships with institutional investors• Involved in liasoning with PE’s / NBFC’s / Banks, etc (financial due diligence), term sheet negotiations, security creation, assist in legal due diligence, etc• Statutory compliance pre & post disbursement of loan• Coordinating with various departments for completion of documentation and concluding deals• Track real estate sector trends, regulatory developments and market information on fundraising transactions• Plan group cash flow positions• Assess commercial viability of new / potential projects to develop and expand group’s project pipeline for future years • Assist sales team in arriving at different pricing strategies for different customers, helping group get sufficient and continuous internal accruals for construction financing and to acquire new projects.

Tracking Indian Oil & Gas sector; Initiated Equity Research Report on companies like Cairn India, OIL India, GAIL, GSPL, IGL, Gujarat Gas, Petronet LNG, Castrol India, etc; Quarterly Result Preview and Quarterly Result Updates (incl RIL & ONGC); Morning Note; Well equipped with using Bloomberg, etc.
