I have wrapped up my Consulting journey with 19 years of work experience. I was a Sr. Manager at Deloitte USI, where I led the HRT Oracle practice at USI for a year.As a Practice Leader, I was entrusted with leading Operations, Engagement, Delivery and Risk Mitigation for a large and strategic pillar of Deloitte' Human Capital business. In my career I have championed multiple domain and product certifications such as Certified Payroll Professional, SHRM-SCP, Oracle Fusion Global Human Resources and Oracle Workforce Rewards Cloud, and I have extensive expertise in business analysis, requirements analysis, and the Oracle HCM product suite. I have successfully managed and delivered complex and large-scale projects for clients across various industries, such as healthcare, banking, insurance, retail, and manufacturing. I am passionate about providing innovative and customized solutions that meet the client's needs and expectations, and that align with the Deloitte's mission and values. I am also committed to developing and mentoring my team, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
