Role and Responsibilities: - Portfolio of 110 parts and 8 suppliers located in across India. Verifying and ensuring, weekly schedule release is sufficing production plan/forecast. Monitor supplier’s delivery performance. Coordinating for sales production meeting and balancing demand and supply. Work with management in coordinating and planning production activities to improve runtime. Investigate production problem, analyze root causes, and provide solutions. Analyze back orders, current orders, and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan, and schedule theproduction operations. Evaluate suppliers or quality, timeliness, and match according to goals. Coordinating with other departments regarding production goals, timelines, supplier payments. Co-ordination of materials, methods, machines, tooling, and operating times for smooth flow. To Maintain Daily Production Report. To Prepare MIS Report on daily, monthly basis.Achievements Zero production disruptions, Zero stock outs, Zero premium freight. 100 % adherence to customer schedule. Inventory reduction by 30%. Zero BOM error, Zero inventory variance.

Role and Responsibilities: - To check all parameters required for operation as per standard operating procedure (SOP). To estimate daily production target. To analysis of daily rejection & rework parts. To prepare daily rejection & rework trend charts. To prepare production plan Vs. Actual plan graph/charts. To prepare hourly production report. To study cycle time required for each working station or operation. To find straight path ratio (SPR) with help of graphs. To monitoring production line as per process flow diagram (PFD). Work order issue by using (123 INSIGHT SOFTWARE). To report material shortage and upcoming production plan to purchase department. Maintain minimum inventory level for material. To manufacture sub-assemblies as per dispatch plan. Assembly line Inspection with respect to bill of material. Effectively maintaining 5 S activities. Inspection of final product before packing (PDI). In-process inspection at each stage of process flow.
