(wholly owned subsidiary of world's second largest, over $18 billion, HR consultancy, www.manpower.com), provides perm as well as temp hires for clients across India & all sectors. I was responsible for perm/FT/lateral hiring business (P&L) for some of the Non-IT clients located in North India.

The largest 'temp' staffing company in India, possibly in Asia too. Here, I built 'perm' recruitment profit centre to a mark where the topline & team size quadrupled. Expanded geographies. Reduced team attrition.

Chosen one to promote e-recruitment solutions to HR fraternity in Gurgaon, the highest volume territory of North India for most industries. Cracked global deals with Pepsi, Convergys, Fidelity/COLT, erstwhile Daksh, just to name a few!
