Briefly a computational pipeline is built for each disease/drug using either literature mining (LM) genes or gene ontology (GO) processes to build relationships between each pair of drug and diseases. LM gens or GO processes are also used for enrichment analyses.Another aspect of my responsibility includes regular interaction with clients for presentations of work progress and future developments.
