As the Head of Global Competence Center at SMA Solar, I am responsible to build and manage Engineering Service Support for my organization across the globe, leveraging my strong background in business analytics, agile transformation, and business operations.Previously, I worked with Kyndryl as a Global Transformation Governance Leader and a Business Operations Leader, where I supported the CTO and the Business Leader in designing and executing the business model, the value creation agenda, and the operating model for one of the largest ISA portfolios. I also ensured a pragmatic metrics framework to monitor and improve the transformation performance, incorporating agile ways of working to accelerate the change. I have also been an Agile Coach and a Sales Management Advisor at IBM, where I enabled enterprise operations to transform into an agile organization, supported C-suite executives with data-driven insights and recommendations. As a Service Delivery Manager (IBM) managed large teams to exceed client expectations.
