• Lung-Rontia (January 21 – Now): The project is supported by a collaboration of software engineers and health practitioner to build an application to detect lung disease through chest-x-ray images. I responsible to process and prepare the data by Python with NumPy OpenCV, Pillow, PyTorch and other computer vision libraries. I also responsible on the other part i.e the pipelines in multiple ways, such as message broker and RESTAPI. The message broker is NSQ and the RESTAPI is Python with Sanic Framework.

• SmartSnip (Mar 2022 – Apr 2022): Build a desktop application to record tax data and store into databases. I responsible to create Desktop Application using Python with PyQT5 and RESTAPI using Flask.

• System Traffic Counter (Nov’20 – Jan’21): Build a system for traffic density calculations. Utilize Python with Sanic Framework, PyTorch, PgSQL, Redis and NSQ.• Voice Biometric (Sep 2020 – Dec 2020): Create of RESTAPI for voice biometric program and build engine. Utilize Python with Sanic Framework, PyTorch, and Redis.

• Media Surveillance (Nov 2019 – Jan 2021): Create a program for crawling and analyzing social media data and forums. http://socaint.id, http://salina.socaint.id. Utilize Python with Sanic Framework, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, and Databases such as MongoDB, Maria DB and PgSQL.• Web Licensing Export Import (Aug 2020 - Oct 2020): Create RESTAPI needed by frontend developer and scheduler to handle errors that occur. Utilize NodeJS with PgSQL.• Gender Prediction (Feb 2020 – Mar 2020): Create machine learning programs to classify gender by name and then create a REST API for use in various applications. Utilize Python with Sanic Framework, and Scikit-Learn.• Object Character Recognition (Jan 2020 – Mar 2020): Build OCR program for receipt reading and provide RESTAPI. Utilize Python with Sanic Framework, PyTorch, and PgSQL.
