The solutions we provide are scientific, tested and validated through the three decades of experience.I have always been intrigued by why people behave in certain ways – what triggers certain actions, the motivations behind their choices, the unique journeys they embark on and milestones each individual seeks. Probably, that is what led me to pursue a career in Experience Strategy and Design.My journey began with stints in Operations and Marketing, in Shoppers Stop, a leading retail store chain in India, in 1996. My intrigue and close association with people soon converged into becoming the lead for all Learning & Development (internal and external) initiatives.In 2002, I started Idendesign Strategies, which strategizes Identity development for various organizations. Through the People identity practice, I conducted several workshops with companies such as Kotak Mahindra Bank, Vodafone, AXA-ABS, Atul Industries, VFS, Dubai Auto Gallery, Givaudan, conducting workshops on Effective Leadership, Innovation & Creativity, Design Thinking, Cultural Diversity & Inclusion, Change Management, etc. in India and overseas.Since 2014, I also forayed into the digital space through User Experience Design, as the Head of Strategy – Think Design, a Havas Company. 2019, also saw this company win the prestigious “India’s Best Design Studio” award in the Digital Design space for the fourth consecutive year. The company has won several international design awards as well, over the years, like the IF Design Award (Germany) and Good Design Award (Australia).I am a visiting faculty, at V.E.S.I.M, Welingkar Institute of Management, XIC, S.P. Jain – Dubai & Singapore, EMDI… teaching subjects that include, Customer Service – Standards & Benchmarks, Retail Selling Skills, B2B Selling Skills, Transaction Analysis, Retail Operations, Evolving Operating Procedures, Retail Brand development, etc.A Cegos certified trainer for ‘Manager Essentials ’ blended programme and a CQ (Cultural Intelligence) certified facilitator, by Cultural Intelligence Center, LLC
