Key Responsibilities – Credit Risk Assessment and Credit Rating• Risk assessment of complex transactions - term loans / project finance / working capital proposals• Analysis of credit applications, overall structure of the credit facility and approval / recommendation of credit limits and transactions • Evaluation of credit proposals as member of credit committee • Assignment of Credit Rating for the borrowers. Member of RC: Taking decisions on rating of the company as RC member• Prepare credit rating notes covering industry, financial and business risk, management and transparency, peer analysis and financial analysis• Convey opinion regarding the feasibility of the proposed transaction, from a risk point of view covering business model, industry risk, structure and financial risk• Meeting with management to facilitate discussion on portfolio as well as account level strategy • Interacting with the RMs to assess the main risks and propose mitigants. Maintain relationships between all stakeholders in the credit dept. • Assess the overall credit risk in the portfolio and provide periodic reporting to senior management• Ongoing monitoring. Conduct periodic company and plant visits in coordination with the responsible RMs • Identify risks through monitoring of early warning signals as well as portfolio and industry trend analysis• Handling a team of 5 people. Planning and allocating work, supporting them in completing their credit reviews on time • Manage portfolio of companies and provide regular reviews / MIS reports to the senior management • Ensure covenant tracking and monitoring on a regular basis• Verify credit rating on a regular basis• Manage and mentor new joiners in credit approval process

• Support in developing new business by insightful qualitative and quantitative analysis • Analyze current and expected trends and issues, and thereby identify new business opportunities • Monitor and anticipate trends and issues in the sector, tracks the assigned accounts and their key peers• Transform ideas into insights and understand possible outcomes or implications• Sector and account analysis and share them with peers and colleagues • Review colleagues’ deliverables and advises on development of distinctive points of view regarding key findings. Coach colleagues in raising the overall level of analysis
