‣Completion of Factory/Ware House (60-meter X 30-meter) with all civil, pre-engineered and fabricated structures, installation of various machinery and coordination with the statutory authority for commercial electrical connection.‣Completion of the entire engineering details, getting approval from clients/consultants, and supplying products within the stipulated time and cost.All of the projects involved - design and drawing of the entire plant, fabrication, erection of tanks, bins, chutes, belt conveyors, side angle conveyors, trough chain conveyor, stacker/tripper, diverter gates, weighing system consisting of weigh feeders, belt scale, Loss-In-Weigh feeder, molasses dosing and filling system, installation of intensive mixer, hydraulic roller press, D.E, ventilation and air conditioning system, pneumatic handling system and electrical system. They also required the entire automation of -i) 1X 50 TPH DRI Fines Briquetting Plant with MECON as a consultant at Bhushan Steel Ltd, Meramondali.ii) 1X30 TPH Chrome ore Fines Briquetting Plant at INDSI, Oman.iii) 1X10 TPH NPK Compaction & Granulation Plant at Behn-Meyer, Malaysia.‣Successful execution of the Supply Contract for export projects, within specified time on CIF basis, at Oman & Malaysia, which involved trade transactions.‣Cutting down project costs by 20% (avg.) by internal development and negotiating with the vendors.

‣Executed the project (complete engineering with Client/Consultant, manufacture supply, erection & commissioning) of Dense Phase Pneumatic Fly Ash Handling System of ESPS at NLC, consisting of all equipment, Instrumentation, HT to LT Transformers, Bus Ducts, Compressors, Dryers, Piping, cabling, HT and LT Panels, cooling Water Pumps and Piping, Ash Handling Piping, Construction Of RCC Silos on turnkey basis.‣Successfully commissioned & carried out Preliminary Acceptance Test of Phase- I ( ESP Unit#6&7) and Phase –II ( ESP Unit#4&5) of DPPFAHS at Thermal Power Station –II (7X210 MW ).‣Completed entire engineering activities for Fly Ash Handling System for NLC (2X 250MW) and for TPS –II Expansion. ‣Procured the contract for Annual Operation and Maintenance of Phase-I at NLC and successfully completed within 1 year.

‣Successfully commissioned Iron Ore Beneficiations Plant at TISCO, Joda, India.‣Efficiently completed P.G Test & handing over CHP at HZL. Chanderia, India‣Successfully completed supply in the stipulated time for CHP at Paricha Thermal Power Station, U. P, India.
