My role has been pivotal in bringign around technology enhancements and process improvement meausres including implementation of ERP and transition of the automated dales management system from manual to automated right from application to feedback stages. I have also ddesigned SOPs, defined processes & developed procedures to ensure seamless operations, with firm focus on business strategy. Show less

Another feather in my cap is the establishment of NSHM, an institute that is now one of the most respected institutions in Eastern India.My role entailed directing the entire strategy through active engagement with stakeholders. I was responsible for conceptualization, ideation & establishment of the organization from a scratch, the role spanning across developing the org structure, SOPs, recruitment, operations and business development. Over the years, my role also included planning, monitoring and compliance and improvement of internal practices, control & procedures.
