The business operates on a Master Franchise model and I have successfully set up presence in 3 new countries post joining the organization. My role has been pivotal in bringign around technology enhancements and process improvement meausres including implementation of ERP and transition of the automated dales management system from manual to automated right from application to feedback stages. I have also ddesigned SOPs, defined processes & developed procedures to ensure seamless operations, with firm focus on business strategy. Show less

Here, I was responsible for identifying new opportunities and handling negotiations for land acquisition for new projects. I successfully set up the solar equipment trading business from a scratch and oversaw completion of 4 real estate projects within the tenure.

During the short tenure, I was assigned the responsibility of managing operations for the large organization.

The instinct & will to venture out on my own resulted in the birth of Synergy Group. The group now has diversified into various businesses. I initiated with setting up the largest NIIT franchisee in West Bengal. Subsequently, the small effort grew into larger businesses. Synergy Renewable Energy came into existence. Another feather in my cap is the establishment of NSHM, an institute that is now one of the most respected institutions in Eastern India.My role entailed directing the entire strategy through active engagement with stakeholders. I was responsible for conceptualization, ideation & establishment of the organization from a scratch, the role spanning across developing the org structure, SOPs, recruitment, operations and business development. Over the years, my role also included planning, monitoring and compliance and improvement of internal practices, control & procedures.
