I am managing the HR and administration part of four companies under the group. To certain extent look after the accounts too.

 Monitoring the Administration of 4 companies under the group. Managing the Accounts with help of Accounts staff in the corporate office  People Relationship Management of Corporate office. Maintained and organized staff calendar / reminder system. Served as liaison between senior management, customers, colleagues and vendors to streamline flow of information.

I was the Nodal person between District headquarters and State headquarters in implementing the Online Reporting of Paddy Procurement and SMS reporting.

I used to work in the Residence office of Collector and District Magistrate, Mayurbhanj and in absence of regular PA to Collector has performed his duties.
